Visual artist Nancy Samara Guzmán Fernández, a graduate of the University of Guadalajara, explains why her work is based on the bureaucratic procedures that exist in various institutions.
They collect the official identifications of strangers. Then draws their portrait based on the photo that appears on the ID and sends it to the address there specified.
